Jim’s path has been anything but typical. He was born on an Air Force base in Japan, raised on a Pennsylvania farm, educated across Ohio and Hawaii, and is now deeply rooted in Sandpoint, Idaho. With 25 years in the financial services industry, he’s built a career centered on trust, long-term relationships, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Surrounded by a dedicated team, Jim finds daily inspiration in the work he does.
He’s also a committed community leader, serving as Board Chair for the Kaniksu Land Trust, Bonner County Communiversity, and the Long Bridge Swim—an open water event that provides swim lessons and water safety education to over 1,000 local children each year. His leadership reflects a deep investment in the well-being and growth of his community.
Outside of work and volunteer service, Jim embraces the outdoors and family life. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, scuba diving, and traveling internationally with his two children. At home, he finds joy in gardening, cooking, reading, and photography.
